Steel structure fabrication and erection for Hub Norte — CAF's regional headquarters in Obarrio: 22,000 m² on a 3,201 m² footprint — six levels above grade, four basement levels (259 parking spaces), raised public plaza, auditorium, art gallery and green roof. Investment: USD 88M. Steel structure work delivered June 2026, to LEED standards. Design: Mallol Arquitectos.
