Steel Structures
Engineering, fabrication, and erection of structural steel elements. Pre-assembled and verified locally to ensure millimeter-precise on-site installation.
- Structural engineering — Calculation, modeling and BIM detailing of steel structures and their connections, to AISC and AWS codes.
- Fabrication — Beams, columns, trusses and connections fabricated with dimensional quality control and weld traceability.
- Erection — Welded and bolted erection crews, with lift plans, documented rigging and per-shift safety protocols.
- Passive fire protection — Garnet-abrasive surface preparation, application of intumescent paint and certified coatings, with on-site film thickness control and per-element cure records.
- Industrial buildings & long spans — Portal frames, mezzanines and long-span roofs for industrial, commercial and sports use.
- Project management — Technical direction, construction scheduling and value engineering applied to the project's structural cost.
Lightweight Systems
Advanced lightweight construction systems (Flex Tex) offering superior thermal and acoustic insulation compared to traditional concrete. We build at one-third (1/3) the weight and a fraction of the cost, maintaining absolute structural robustness.
- Interior & exterior partitions — Gypsum and fiber cement partitions with thermal and acoustic insulation specified per use of each space.
- Suspended ceilings — Modular, monolithic and acoustic ceiling systems, coordinated with the building's MEP installations.
- Fiber cement — Fiber cement wall systems — such as Flextex — specified for humidity and the tropical climate.
- Lightweight façades — Cladding and envelopes that renew a building's image without overloading the existing structure.
- Steel framing — Light-gauge galvanized steel framing: dimensional precision and stability against humidity.
- Site efficiency — Lower dead load, less material waste and shorter installation times, documented per project.
